Project: UCLA UX Design Certificate - App Redesign
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Fitbod is a fitness app that uses a machine-learning algorithm to analyze your workout behavior and environment. Fitbod uses this data to build real-time training plans based on your physical capability, available equipment, and desired fitness goals. I began using this app religiously once gyms shut down due to COVID19 and at-home workouts became the new norm. After daily use I noticed many things that could be improved on the Fitbod app. Here’s what I found and a case study on how I attempted to solve Fitbod’s existing problems.
PROJECT ROLE

My duties included but not limited to; user interviews, affinity mapping, competitive analysis, user flows, persona creation, feature prioritization, sitemaps, card sorting, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
